Since fresh flowers are perishable and affected by weather and climate, we ask that customers or their representatives be present at time of delivery. This will guarantee that your flowers are not left unattended or held for next day delivery. For gift orders, please confirm someone will be available to receive the flowers.
Orders may be placed for Next Day delivery** until 3:00 PM CST, and may be placed up to 60 days in advance. All orders must be submitted by 3:00pm CST to be processed on that date. Orders received after 3:00pm CST will be processed on the following business day.
Deliveries are available Tuesday through Friday and where available, Saturday Delivery for an extra charge of $9.95. All deliveries should arrive by 5:00pm on the delivery date you specify, and generally most circumstances packages will be delivered between 10:30am and Noon. (Please contact FedEx to confirm service availability and estimated delivery time for your area**). Please be aware that even if FedEx says delivery by 10:30 AM in some cases they may deliver as early as 9:00 or 9:30 depending on their schedule.
** Confirming service availability and estimated delivery time for your area can be done by calling FedEx (1-800-GO-FEDEX / 1-800-463-3339) and providing the customer service representative with your 5 digit zip code and asking them for the estimated delivery time for a Priority Overnight Package in your area.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. FedEx requires that you supply your phone number and will not ship to P.O. boxes. You will be assessed a $15.00 fee per shipment if a shipment has to be rerouted by request or due to incomplete shipping information.
The Orchid Guys shall not be liable for any delays or failure of delivery due to fires, floods, extreme weather conditions, failure of and delays by carriers, acts of God or public authority, labor disputes, accidents or any other cause beyond our control. In no event shall The Orchid Guys be liable for consequential or special damages arising out of a delay in or failure of delivery.
For Weddings and other special events, we recommend placing your order online at least two weeks prior to the event date.
We recommend specifying delivery to arrive three (3) days prior to an event; i.e., for Saturday events schedule Thursday delivery.

The day before your products are to arrive you will receive an email from us with your FedEx tracking number(s).
